"Five years ago I began to follow the passion for wood I  developed years ago working on the teak on our boat.  After a class at MIA, I began fabricating in my Prospect Park garage.

Searching the internet for bargains on local and recycled wood lowers my client's cost, and makes heirloom furniture more affordable.  I challenge myself to use all the material in creative and functional designs. Very little wood gets burned in my fireplace.

I enjoy collaborating with other local artists to incorporate metal, glass, and ceramics into unusual and different works that have stories.  Stories are what bring handcrafted furniture to life, and make it enjoyable when you walk into a room.”
